The Targówek Fabryczny film facility consists of 4.5 hectares of industrial land, divided into zones. There are two buildings on the site: a post-industrial hall and an office building. In each of them there are numerous rooms with various uses, e.g. a basement of the People's Republic of Poland, an office from the late 1990s, a wooden atelier on the mezzanine, or a communist gatehouse. The buildings are surrounded by an open space, divided into zones: a scrapyard, an empty square, a machine park and a parking lot. The facility is closed, guarded around the clock and surrounded by a 5-meter wall.
